Meet our Master Sommelier

Hi and welcome to Hole In The Wall.

Wine has been both my job and a passion for decades and it’s an honour to share some of my favourite finds with you. Through years of wine travel, study and tasting I have discovered so many wonderful gems that are lesser known and off the beaten path. In this small but diverse list I have curated Mediterranean inspired flavorful wines that are Colleen’s and Richard’s wine ‘style’ but also offer you an adventure out of the norm. One of the best things about a great glass of wine is that it showcases the place it was made. I encourage you to try something new and travel through the magic of wine!

With over 25 years of experience in the world of gastronomy and a member of of the Canadian Culinary Federation we are delighted to announce that Enzo Mancuso is our Hole in the Wall chef. Enzo reflects a unique, classic approach to food inspired by ingredients from local artisans and growers. His menu is a version of small plates. Offerings that  are slightly more versatile than appetizers in that they are intended to be as a meal, but if a few are ordered they can be sharing plates so everyone gets to try a little of each them.
